Ménade Restaurant is located in the Club House and offers you traditional dishes with an avant-garde presentation, using only top-quality ingredients.
Our goal is to offer a gastronomic selection designed to surprise our guests, using local products and made with the passion of the chef and his team. Among the spaces, the restaurant also counts with a reserved area for business lunches, meetings with friends or intimate celebrations.
Chef Pablo Vega
In the driving seat of the gastronomic proposal is the chef Pablo Vega who began his studies at the Benahavís Hospitality School in Marbella in 2006 making an internship at Paco Pérez's Miramar restaurant in Llançá, Girona. He stayed for 6 years as head of the snack and pastry department, being present at countless events and conferences.
Between 2012 and 2013 he worked in the gastrobars of Dani García de Málaga. It would not be until 2014, where, performing the position of chef de cuisine at the Alejandro restaurant in Almería, he would join the Michelin guide.
After a period as a gastronomic consultant in Brazil, he returned to Malaga where he began to work as a chef in renowned restaurants such as Óleo, El Pimpi and Amador restaurant.
For three years he developed as Executive Chef of the Gloria Bendita restaurant in Frigiliana.
In January 2022, he starts this ambitious project together with his partner Ismael López where they developed their kitchen concept, based on his experience and gastronomic knowledge.
